About Us

More than 8 years old now, The Fuller Life is a recreation management company.

We allow corporations and individuals to get more out of life. To us 'Fun' is a business, and we take our business very seriously.

Our main customers are companies and the people that inhabit them. We help add recreation to their days. The form it takes may vary - from games in the office to online puzzles to health and wellness offerings to marathons, but our objective is to get them to live and not just to exist.

• Themed Quarters – Sports/ Cultural or Literary - Indoor and outdoor competitions, online activities, fashion shows, Antakshari, quizzes, Dumb Charades, the whole shebang. We manage the engagement right from the draws, winners, medals, trophies, communication and communication support
• Internal Marketing - Tools, concepts, program management for marketing and communication exercises/campaigns from dress code policies to launch of new division to change of office locations! 
• Thinkers for Life (ThFL) –  - Online mind sports and activities to engage employees in a highly cost efficient, scalable and predictable method. It doesn’t matter if your employees work shifts, work in different countries even…now you can make them feel included in one click!               
• Connected for Life (CnFL) - a social networking portal, exclusively for your company and employees.  Employees can create and engage in interest groups that are not work specific (eg. Photography, travel, books etc). It also gives them a forum to interact with each other via discussion forums/ message boards/ event postings/ blogs/ photos and so on.  
• Fit for Life (FFL) – a health effort for individuals in companies, wholly managed by us. A one-stop-shop for a company's health initiatives. We manage the entire effort - communication, managing vendors and hospitals, deploying of health testing, reporting as well as fun activities that are health and wellness themed.
• Runners for Life (RFL) - India’s largest running club. With over 6000 online members, and many of them engaging in our fortnightly organised runs, it is clearly a group that is not just active online but offline as well. Mostly a non-corporate offering of The Fuller Life, there are corporate offerings like ‘company-runs’ that we organise for companies that want them

Like every other young company - we aim to change the world. We intend to do so by transforming offices into places where people can have a good time. Most importantly, we intend to have a good time while doing so.
